Create pilot holes with your drill.
Then use a manual or electric screwdriver to drive the screw into the anchor.

Pull the anchor against the back of the drywall with the pull tool then screw the tv mounting bracket to it.
As with the expansion anchor drive it in until it sits flush with the drywall.
